- Works with physicians to develop and manage nursing care plans
- Instruct patients and families in proper treatment
- Helps patients take steps to improve or maintain health
- Responds to inquiries in a responsive and professional manner
- Performs physical assessments of patients, including triage duties and more
- Performs other procedures including: vision screening, apply splints and ace wraps, dressing changes, throat swabbing for cultures and collection of body fluid specimen

Common Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Current state license to practice as Registered Nurse (RN)
- CPR Certification
- One year of experience preferred
