- Sets level of medical care and quality for patients using available data and chart reviews
- Recommends potential growth opportunities for new or existing services within the market
- Provides statistical analysis of center’s performance
- Assists in establishing budgetary goals for center
- Participates in the development of center programs
- Determines best recruiting requirements necessary to meet job/position requirements and center objectives
- Oversees reviewing and/or monitoring of all laboratory, x-ray, and ancillary reports
- Provides medical consultations for medical staff and facility officials
- Assures personal compliance with licensing, certification and accrediting bodies
