- Maintains files and databases
- Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
- Makes travel arrangements for other staff and executives
- Schedules appointments and meetings for supported staff
- Performs data entry as needed
- Screens and routes incoming calls and messages when necessary
- Tracks office supply inventory and orders additional supplies as needed
- Reconciles expenses, invoices and bills
