  • Maintains files and databases
  • Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
  • Makes travel arrangements for other staff and executives
  • Schedules appointments and meetings for supported staff
  • Performs data entry as needed
  • Screens and routes incoming calls and messages when necessary
  • Tracks office supply inventory and orders additional supplies as needed
  • Reconciles expenses, invoices and bills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software (such as Microsoft Office, etc.)

  • 2-5 years or more related experience
  • Minimum: High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Associates Degree or Higher
